Recommended Use or Purpose:
Improves performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly intense physical activity and increases muscle size when used in conjunction with a resistance-training regimen.
Recommended Dose (Adults 13 years or older): Loading Phase: Take one serving (1 heaping tsp or 5 g) in a 250 ml (8 oz) glass of fruit juice three to four times per day for 5 to 7 days. Maintenance Phase: Take one serving (1 heaping tsp or 5 g) in a 250 ml (8 oz) glass of fruit juice per day. Take separately from products containing caffeine (eg. coffee or cola).
